About Elsa
For most of my life, my knowingness had no classroom and no structure, and as a kid I was shut down for innocently speaking truths with “we don’t say that out loud”. So I shut up, but it kept showing up in dreams and in the things I knew before they happened. Pemonitions, claircognzance, and charismata came naturally to me, but I had a ton of deconditioning and growth to do before they were useful and dependable for me.
Six mentors, 2 group trainings, and 6 years of giving paid readings later, I built a living methodology from my own path to help you fast track your path to be super intuitive.

We blend guided personal audio practice done when you choose, a psychic on-demand partner practice hotline (just drop a request to practice in the telegram thread), open exploration of collective psychic work- practices we do together with shared intentions), and space to reflect & be seen, so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
We are all busy, and the busier you are, the more you need this to keep you extra grounded and intuitive. -
Yes, this is a space to catalyze you into going higher with your abilities, allow more of the lightness and joy of spirit into your life, and inspire new psychic friendships in your life. If you show up, you will grow.

This is probably not like other meditation that you have tried before. We are doing active meditations and other practices designed to keep your mind just busy enough that time will fly and you will shift your own energy and mood every time that you do them.
This is not the only tool we will be working with. -
It is recommended that you do the foundational practices for 20-30 minutes every day, but there’s wiggle room. Can only do 10 or 15 minutes one day, no problem. Gotta break it down into multiple smaller sessions, that’s totally cool, you do you to make it happen. If you miss a day, just get back to it asap without guilt or shame. We get to be human in this space. Perfection is not required.
The practices we will be doing will enhance your intuitive abilities, bring more well-being directly to you immediately each time you do them, and ripple out into your whole life in many positive ways.
I got really into them when I learned them, and you probably will too.
I challenge you to start noticing how long you spend scrolling, surf the web, or watching TV or doing some other repetitive action that you could replace with these practices and be better off in 6 months for doing so. ;)
Since we all have lives, we will meet for 3 weeks in row and then take a week off for integration, then do another 3 weeks and so on. Our calls will be 90 minutes.
Live calls will be recorded and you will be able to keep access to them forever. Same for any solo audio practices.
Partner practices are optional, so it’s up to you how much time they take. Designed so you can jump in the hotline text thread to request a partner for your current open time window or a later time slot if you are a planner. -
